The Run Ok so hopefully today may be the start of my running year. My daughter-in-law went into work at noon today and that gave me plenty of time to get a run in this morning. And since the temperature was in the mid-40s it was perfect. Now if my daughter in law can give me one day a week where she starts work at !1:00 or 12 maybe I could keep it up!
